Inline Inspection
Inspectors check the product while it is still on the line, so a construction or workmanship issue is corrected during production instead of after it.
Final Random Inspection
A statistical sample of finished goods is inspected before shipment against the agreed AQL, covering workmanship, measurements and packing.
Fit & Measurement Control
Garments and products are measured against your spec sheet and tolerance, so sizing is consistent across the run.
Workmanship Inspection
Stitching, finishing, hardware and construction detail are checked against an agreed reference sample.
Material / Component Verification
Fabric, leather, lining, trims and hardware are verified against the approved material — confirming what was specified is what was actually used.
Packaging Inspection
Cartons, poly bags, labels and retail packaging are checked against your packing instructions before goods leave the factory.
Corrective Action
When an issue is found, we document it, agree the fix with the factory, and follow up to confirm it has actually been corrected — not just reported.
Quality Management System Review
We review a factory’s internal quality processes — how it controls incoming materials, in-process checks and final inspection — not only the finished product.
CSR / Compliance Audits
Where required, we coordinate social and compliance audits against recognized standards, and report findings and any required corrective actions.
